George Washington

George Washington married Martha Dandridge Custis in 1759. The day that he spent at her neighbor's house was a day of enchantment, they accidentally met and they fell in love with each other. The owner's of the house notice that even in her mourning dresses, Martha let her radiant youth shine through.
Martha's children liked George also, they spent the whole day playing with George and his men. Patsy was playing so hard that she got another one of her coughing spells. They were delighted when their mother told them of the news of their engagement.
