Rum was a drink that
the Spaniards brought over when Columbus and
Cortez sailed over from spain.
Rum was also used to make the Indians give them what ever the Spanish wanted.
As soon as the Indians are drunk, the spanish ask for what they want, and
they usually get it.
The spaniards also used other alcohol products.
